Kane Clark from ProSkill Services came out to service our under-sink water filter, water softener, and water heater. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the water pressure and it was hovering around 85psi during the day, so at night it would likely get as high as 100psi or more when people aren't using their water. He recommended installing a pressure regulator, provided a quote and talked through what he would do. I decided to do it and he was back out in a few days and did an excellent job. Glad to find a great service company. Here's a picture of the quality workmanship Kane provided today.

Jose was amazing. He was extremely thorough. He was able to readjust my heat vent to blow more evenly around my house. It’s perfect now. I’ve been having issues with extra dust and he explained reasons why this may be occurring with options on what things can be done. I have had great service with this company. Very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and overall nice. A second person came, I don’t remember his name (sorry) who was also great! Thank you!

I have used Proskill for 3 or 4 different plumbing jobs in the last several years and every time they have been great. This time was replacing my water softner with a whole-house filtration system. The plumbers who did the job were very professional, arrived on time and did a very clean install. I had spoken with one of them earlier about also replacing my water heater, but haven't gotten the estimate for that yet.

They gave me the best price on a Trane AC system followed with expert installation. Great guys, great communication. After about three months they followed with another rigorous inspection of the installation by another expert in the company as a routine. They plan to come back in 6 months for service and inspection as the season changes again. I've been blown away. This is a red blooded American company hanging on to good old values of commitment to service. I appreciate them very much. First of all,their sales person was straight to the point, unlike the other companies that came out. I loved that.

We appreciate the professionalism of your company. Service personnel are knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. They give a comprehensive report on what they did and what needs to be done without any pressure. They fix what is needed instead of trying to convince you to replace more than is necessary. Their transparency is commendable. We are sold on Pro-Skill!

Water softener - Highly recommend ProSkill and their technician Kane for water softener issues (and replacement). The process for evaluating our current, old water softener, recommendation and installation of a new unit was outstanding. Kane explained clearly what was going on, options to move forward and was able to install a new unit within a couple of days. ProSkill continues to impress me with their professionalism, capabilities and attention to customer service. Highly recommend given my direct experience with their work on AC, plumbing and water softeners !

Wow, couldn't have been more impressed. I called with an AC issue in the morning and they were able to get a tech out to our house that afternoon and worked well into the evening to fix the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and no overtime fee. This is our second experience with ProSkill Services and highly recommend!

I am beyond impressed with ProSkill! From day one when I got the estimate to completing the installation of my AC today! Everyone at the company is professional and friendly. We used their plumbing services and HVAC repair services and were very pleased! On time, professional, and friendly technicians (Leif and Pat). Very well explained and well documented estimates with photos of each repair needed as well as 'after' photos for documentation (very helpful for us since we were completing work found in the sale inspection of our home). Scheduling was easy via phone with their friendly and knowledgeable office staff.

Karl was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain what he discovered, what my options were, and other general questions that I had. We’ve used ProSkill for over 10 years and always been happy with their work. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Very pleased with Proskill! They were out to do a scheduled maintenance on our R/O system. Very professional, friendly and helpful tech! We also use them for our HVAC maintenance; they consistently provide excellent service with very helpful techs!

HVAC system installation. As always ProSkill is professional, skilled, and timely. Communication was transparent and thorough before, during, and after the install (included full checklists of everything done inside and out with pictures and explanations). We have worked with ProSkill for 14 years and every interaction has been a positive experience!

Leif phoned ahead, said he was running early, and asked if it would be alright for him to arrive a little early. He diagnosed the leaky (outside) valve, quoted a price for it's replacement, then suggested we might look at rebuilding the valve to avoid potential problems with the stucco wall. We chose the rebuild option (cost less than half of a new valve), time elapsed around ten minutes. I asked him for a water heater replacement quote, and he provided me with three (lowest cost, conventional water heater, tankless system). Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I'll ask for Leif the next time I use ProSkill.

I have never worked with a better company than ProSkill Services. This company has been outstanding in every category! The responsiveness of the company and their willingness to go well beyond is unmatched in this industry. I highly recommend ProSkill for your heating and air conditioning needs!

We had a complete new HVAC system installed. While we have a tenant in the home and I was not there, the team showed up on time and my tenant was not inconvenienced. They did send me pictures of the installation of all major components showing each unit was installed properly and level. Some drywall needed to be removed and they have followed up with the tenant to have that work completed. I would highly recommend Pro-Skill.

Pro skill was great! They called me and were able to come earlier than expected. Daniel was professional and did a great job. It took less time than expected. My new garbage disposal works like a champ!

We had a minor emergency at our house. My Husband had tried to remove the hose from the faucet in our backyard when the pipe broke and we could not turn the water off.Cody was here within 1/2 hour. He was able to stop the water leak in our yard, replace the faucet and pipe without damaging our house.The price was a bit steep but we were very pleased with the work.

I called on a Sunday and had a technician at my house within an hour! The technician Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to resolve all of our plumbing issues. I feel like this is such a great business with amazing employees and customer service

Jared was absolutely phenomenal and so polite when he came to fix our sink issue. Always kind, always explaining cost and process before doing anything and ensuring I was aware there would be extra cost for something I asked him to do with the disposal. Came to flush my water heater as a referral from Howard Air. Since the tank was approx 13 years old advised the complications if it was drained. Tyson the tech was very knowledge and honest with his impute and advised me that I could have further issues and did not want that to happen, so we decided not best to drain due to age. A reputable company looking out for the best interest of the customer. Thank you and would highly recommend Proskill!!

I hired ProSkill to replace two HVAC systems in my house (AC + Furnace). The quality of workmanship was excellent. ProSkill sent a team of six for the job. I was impressed not only by the installation, but also the cleanup afterwards, including repainting the ceiling and vacuuming the hallway. When the team left, other than two shinny new air conditioners, I could not tell they had been there.

Proskill did an outstanding job from Sales to Install of my two new AC/Furnace units. Focus is on quality. They even do a thorough post install QC review of the install to make sure everything is operating and was done completely. Outstanding customer experience.

I would 100% recommend this company! Tyson is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was here to do the initial estimate for our water softener and RO installation. ( we had 2 other companies come out as well) I was very impressed with his knowledge of what needed to be done. He even placed booties over his shoes when he came. The instal took longer than expected, but he was exceptional at explaining several details to help me understand. He even cleaned every area he worked as well as taking the boxes of the equipment we purchased elsewhere! This company has one worthy and valuable employee! Very rare these days!!

Kane Clark from ProSkill performed maintenance on the Reverse Osmosis system, inspected the water softener & tested water, inspected water heater and did plumbing inspection on toilets, sinks & showers. Outstanding service, Pro-Skill provides 2 hour service window & communicates when service rep is enroute. Kane was thorough and helpful. Highly recommend Pro-Skill.

He came to service my r/o system plus do two other things. Which I quickly cancelled when it was going to cost over an additional $400 to change one faucet that I had and two sink baskets in the kitchen. The estimate went down to less then $350 if I provide the baskets. He did a good job on the r/o system. He also gave me an unsolicited estimate to add a pressure regulator to my main line it has been over 100# all the while we have lived here almost 40 years. Funny that the same thing was quoted last year at $400 roughly how does the cost go up over $600 in a year?

We have used Pro Skill for many years and would not consider anyone else. On 2-22-23 we had a tankless water heater installed by Daniel & his apprentice. They arrived on time, were friendly and as always, professional. We highly recommend using this company.

We had our R.O. System serviced. The tech, Evan, was Professional, Informative, Courteous and On Time. He is a young man who displayed wonderful customer service. He definitely will be going somewhere positive in the company. Take good care of him!!!!

There is nothing not like. Tim and his partner were prompt, professional and personable. The price was reasonable and they did a great clean-up at the end of the job. They also left instructions if any follow-up is needed.

Kane Clark at ProSkill did an excellent job in doing a complete installation of a new laundry box for my softener and reverse osmosis drain. He was very professional and thorough in completing this service.

After the installation there were a couple of leaks under my sink, Pro skill came out twice and were able to identify the issue and repair the leaks. They were helpful and explained their findings and what was done, very friendly and on time. Grateful for their help.

Both technicians were very professional and friendly. They were very informative and answered all my questions. There are things that needs to be fixed but I never felt pushed or felt to make a decision now. I really love working with proSkill’s. My coworker recommended and I know why. I have been with ProSkill’s for the last several years and I have to say, I have never been disappointed.

Replaced a rusted out mainline shutoff value. Jared the tech was on time, polite and competent. Answered all questions thoroughly, even several that weren't about this task. His quote for the job was what I expected, with a reasonable cost. I'd use ProSkill for the next plumbing job.

Gabriel Davilla installed a new R/O system in our house. He did an outstanding job. HIs knowledge of the system and its operation was outstanding. He was very professional and courteous.He also inspected our water softener to ensure it was operating correctly. I would definitely recommend him to friend and family.

I made an initial call on Saturday when I found a leaking hot water tank in my home. Tim came out within a couple of hours. He worked up an estimate to replace it and because it was a propone water tank and would not be able to get one until the following Wednesday. Which was ok as the leak was very minor and we still had hot water.As promised Tim was at our home a few minutes after 12 noon on Wednesday with the new tank and the parts necessary to replace it. Due to building codes some updates had to be made to it (which we were told were needed with the replacement tank). It took him until about 3:30 to complete the job and the cost came in under the estimate as he was able to use an existing fitting instead of a new item.Tim was very professional, tidy and cleaned up everything, simply an excellent job.Respectfully, Michael JewellP.S. So far, so good! Very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. I’m waiting on their bid response right now but that was expected due to the multiple aspects of the work I’m looking to have done.Bruce Tymeson installed the new electric today (6/15/2021) for the two new A/C units that will be installed on Thursday. Bruce did an outstanding job! First he had to deal with the 116 degree heat outside as well as dealing with the close to 140-150 degree heat in the attic crawlspace over the garage! He handled it like a true professional! The install went very smoothly and the final work product was done to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend ProSkill Services. Everything was done exactly like we agreed on, in a timely fashion and 100% to my satisfaction.Cezar/Jacobo installed my two new A/C units today (6/17/2021). They had multiple workers with them and arrived when they said they would, 7:25 am. They immediately got to work! While one group worked in the garage to install the air handler, a second group started work in the 2nd floor attic to dismantle the old air handler. Drop cloths were placed from my front door, all the way up the stairs and into the room with the attic access door. That was very much appreciated. Another Tech worked on removing the old A/C units/coolant lines/electric lines on the opposite side of the house. All this work was being done simultaneously in 112 degree heat....The cut coolant lines were neatly tucked into the wall and the hole was filled with chalking to where you cannot really notice that they were ever there. He even swept up the area after the units were removed from the yard! The air handlers, both in the attic and in the garage were tested after installation and everything was working perfectly. The A/C units look great and the exterior enclosed coolant lines going up the side of the house came out fantastic. I am extremely pleased with the completed job and I would highly recommend ProSkill for any of your HVAC/Plumbing or electrical needs! Outstanding work!

Sam came out today for our annual RO and water softener maintenance. Sam has been our plumber multiple times and we could not be more impressed with this fine young man. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and totally concerned that our equipment is operating per factory specs. He is a joy to speak with. Tim and his team installed a water softener and filtration system. They were professional, the installation was neat and they were very thorough in explaining the equipment’s use and maintenance. I would definitely recommend ProSkill and Tim soecifically.

We had additional insulation added to the Attic and Greg/Nick were both amazing. The job was very quick with exceptional clean up. A vent was repaired to increase the air flow. Excellent Service! Great Customer Service!

Called ProSkill Services for a second opinion and quote for an earlier quote we received from a competitor company (initials C.R.). ProSkill plumber arrived early, was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. ProSkill plumber explained all steps in advance, including steps I knew needed to be performed, that the competitor company left out/missed. ProSkill Services is our new go to company for plumbing and A/C.

We have used ProSkill for a number of years from electrical jobs, garbage disposal repair, AC system maintenance, water softer and RO system install and maintenance and at our last home, a new AC unit (a new build with an underpowered unit that was installed by the builder which died after 3 only years). Every person we have encountered is professional and courteous. We have never felt any high pressure sales tactics, just honest and ethical work each time. When our AC unit went out and needed to be replaced, they worked overtime on the weekend with a whole crew to get our house livable on the Fourth of July. Prior to recommending the new unit, they had tried to revive our other unit a few times understanding that a new unit was highly expensive. The issue was an underpowered unit and faulty equipment that oil logged the compressor and they tried a few fixes including a warranty compressor replacement before the unit just completely died and needed to be replaced. The unit we got was a great price and was so efficient that our electricity bill actually went down and ran about half the time. I would highly recommend ProSkill for any of your plumbing, HVAC, or electrical needs.

We had our air conditioner/heaters (2) replaced yesterday. The team of ProSkill employees showed up on time, they were pleasant to work with and got the job done quickly. The team was well mannered, clean and respected our house. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the ProSkill team. I highly recommend them.

Joe was my Technician today and he was great. He took his time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and solved my issue. Kane was terrific! It was time to change the filters on my R/O system. He was professional, listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He was also pro active in telling me that the new mineral filter may make my water look cloudy for a while. He explained that nothing was wrong with it and the cloudiness was simply air bubbles in the water.

Sam showed up and quickly diagnosed my issue and provided a quick fix for free. He provided the information I needed and concisely explained the benefits and costs of getting a new one without making me feel like he was pitching me a product.

Our Technician, Tyson, was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. He did a great job on our valves in our laundry room and replaced the mechanism in the toilet tank. He did an amazing job.

I got home last night at around 8pm and noticed that my air handler would not heat or shut off and was blowing cold air on one of the coldest nights so far this year. I called the 24 hour number and it was answered right away. They sent an email out to a tech and within 5 minutes I received and call and he helped me trouble shoot the issue, Unfortunately it did not work so they set up an appointment for the next day between 12 and 2. The tech called at 10:30 am and asked if he could come early. The tech arrived about 10 minutes later and within a couple of hours my system is now working perfect! Thank you for the prompt, professional service! I highly recommend ProSkill in Anthem!

The representative that evaluated my plumbing issues was very polite and professional, but I am very glad that I didn't proceed as it turns out that the estimates were very high and, in the case of the shower leak issue, incorrectly diagnosed. Instead of a $800+ valve replacement the issue was fixed by a competitor and a $45 part (which I had suggested to the Pro Skills rep initially). Tonight we are drip free and saved quite a bit of money.

Erik Chavez and his team did a GREAT job on the duct-work modification. I used him two times for a complete re-work of the existing system. They performed the work in a day and the quality surpassed all expectations. Will use Erik and team for all future HVAC needs.

Sam was great, thought he would have me sign work receipt. Really enjoyed his attitude about his job, Pro-Skill and doing a good job! Very knowledgeable and professional!

Tyson came to check out a drain that was trickling, not leaking just trickling and discovered it was just my R/O making water, so all good. I had him clean a bathroom sink drain that was smelly too. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Tyson and have to give a shout out to the nice lady that helped get my appt set up when I called at 7:30pm last night. Thank you for being open past 5pm during the week and no upcharge for a Saturday morning service call. Very pleased, will call again when I need plumbing services.

We were certain we had a water leak from our meter to our house. We called ProSkill services and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. After assessing the situation they came up with a plan to do a temporary fix until we could figure out the permanent fix. They dug up the piping and installed new piping where the break was. They stuck around after the water was on to make sure it held. We have used Proskills several times and they have exceeded our expectations every time.

I have been on ProSkill's RO system annual maintenance membership for 5 years and early on in that time frame they replaced a cheap Costco/friend installed system with a high grade system that never has any issues. Their team is so impressive because of their knowledge, competence, attitude and demeanor. I will use ProSkill for as long as I live here because their standards for hiring and training are what differentiate them as a 1st class service provider - something often hard to come by.

Technician was early for appt which was VERY helpful to me. He was efficient, courteous, and had exactly what I needed to have the shower leak fixed and the drain waste replaced. Thank you for great responsiveness, as I was leaving to go out of the country in just a few days! Great service.

Sam came to service the RO water system and he went above and beyond helping me understand some of my homes water treatment features and even inspected another potential issue with a shower. The most professional tech I have dealt with in a long time.

1/25- Issues with system shutting down around 3am and house cold in the morning. They fit me in same day. Fortunately it was a ecobee setting to shut down at 35 degrees. Stupid in and of itself. Needed a checkup any way and have a few items Pat found that need to be fixed, received quote within a couple minutes, very efficient and thorough service.

Very professional! Great communication. Leif was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. Give that guy a raise!I will definitely use the company again!

Tyson was friendly, arrived within the promised window, and was able to squeeze in our install on the same day as his quote, which was really wonderful. He offered sound advice, the area he worked in was spotless when he left, and he also took our old toilet away, which was a pleasant surprise. This is the second time we’ve used ProSkil and the second time we’ve had Tyson out (different repair at the last visit), which was our good fortune. Would recommend this company without reservation.

Kane came out and resolved my issues faster than it took me to figure out what was wrong. I had ordered the wrong parts twice, and he had what I need on the truck. I had another company come out to find out they didn’t have the parts, the service charge for them was more than the completed service with ProSkill! Highly recommend just calling them first like I wish I had done.

Our water softener unit broke & resin was in the pipes clogging the flow of water. Kane Clark came out to give an estimate on a new system. While at our house, he went above & beyond just an estimate by trying to unclog the pipes. He was thorough & professional. Because of this, we are buying our new system through Proskill Services.

I had a 4-6 pm window. The office called and asked if 12-2 pm would work to replace my hot water heater. I said yes!!! Sabrina, the office lady, was helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. ROC water tank replacement was performed smoothly. The technician was courteous, came on time, performed the replacement neatly. Even spared me from the headache of taking care of the old tank recycling. Thank you for the the excellent work.

I had them come out to service my HVAC unit. Eric was awesome and he gave it all a thorough check and informed me that I should probably have my interior coils cleaned due to all the drywall dust that has accumulated during my remodel

Aaron arrived ahead of time and immediately diagnosed my problem, a leaking expansion tank. He didn't have a replacement with him but promised to return with one in an hour. He promptly returned and completed the repair professionally and quickly. Aaron could not have been more polite and friendly. The price was very fair, as well. Tech was great. Advised me of his findings. Great service Only issue was when I called a couple days before my appt to advise them I might be a little late coming home by 15-30 minutes in a 2 hour window I was told I had to reschedule. I actually left work early because of this. I was scheduled for 12-2 I was home by 1150 and tech didn’t arrive until after 1. Poor flexibility

We had an exterior hose bib that was leaking and Sean had to replace it. No easy task as it was embedded into the stucco finish. Needless to say the opening had to be enlarged to get to it. Through no fault of his, we now need to have stucco repaired but he did give us the name of a reputable stucco repair outfit.

Jared replaced water softener and salt tank plus installed a timed circulating hot water to the master bedroom- which I love!!!Jared was great- explained what he is was doing, took away the old water softener and tank and swept the garage.Thanks

Job: Replace corroded 25-year old pressure regulating valve (PRV) on the main water supply entering our house. I got 2 estimates from local, reputable suppliers. Both were very quick to respond to my request. I selected ProSkill because their estimate was about $400 lower than the second supplier, and because their strategy for completing the work was more comprehensive.As completed, the job included replacing the PRV, the vacuum breaker for irrigation, main hose bib, adding a vacation shutoff for the inside plumbing and removing an unneeded soft water hose bib. The estimate & final bill ran $1,173, which I considered reasonable. Steven and his helper completed the work in about 2 hours. The end result is much simpler, elegant and allows for easy replacement of the PRV in the future if needed.Two minor nits, because I'm picky:Although our appointment for the work was scheduled for a 10a-12p time window, Steven arrived at 8:30 and thought the appointment was scheduled for 8-10a. Luckily, I was ready.Second, some bits of solder and debris got into the line feeding the irrigation valves. The day after work was completed, I found the irrigation running mid-morning when it shouldn't have been. Had to call landscapers to solve problem. Debris had fouled the irrigation valves causing them to not close properly. Landscapers flushed out the valves, no repairs were needed, but the issue required a service call and some wasted water.Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work done and the cost, will call ProSkill again for an estimate on my next project.

I love Proskill! My parents referred me in 2018 and I’ve used them since. I have a water filtration system that also remineralizes the water so you’re not missing out on key minerals for your body. The technician was able to get to our appointment early. He was able to present the options before initiating work and explained the process. The repair was a little more than anticipated but was able to secure the needed part from another tech in the area. The repair area was cleaned with no debris left behind. Once again the service from ProSkill was outstanding! This time they replaced a Lennox heat pump that gave up the ghost after 17 years of reliable service. ProSkill installed a new Lennox variable speed XP20. I can’t say enough about the quality of work, their communication, keeping is informed all along the way. Joseph did a great low pressure sales presentation and gave us a very competitive price for the new Lennox Heat Pump. Terrance, Jose and Mitch were amazing in their professionalism, skill and expertise installing the unit. Terrance and Jose helped me move a car with a dead battery (the car was fine yesterday) out of the way so they could have a clear work area, going way above and beyond. We had ProSkill install a new HVAC unit, install a new electric line from our beaker box up to our evaporative cooler, add more attic insulation, and HVAC maintenance . Excellent service from a company you can trust!There was a noise coming from our garbage disposal that sounded like gears grinding. So, we called ProSkill Services with the expectation of having to replace our garbage disposal.ProSkill Services sent Craig S. to our home to evaluate the problem. Craig arrived on time, and in less than one minute discovered a very small piece of a broken plastic spoon wedged in the disposal. Using needle nose pliers, he quickly plucked out the piece of plastic, and the disposal was quiet once again and running well.As it turned out, we did not need an expensive garbage disposal replacement as first thought. And, because we have an annual service maintenance agreement with ProSkill Services, there was no charge for the visit or the removal to the offending plastic object.As an added service, Craig also took the time to explain how we could extend the life of our present garbage disposal by performing a quick and simple maintenance task once every month (greatly appreciated).We have used ProSkill Services for over five years for repairs and preventive maintenance of our plumbing, water softener, water heater, electrical, and HVAC system. I appreciate a Customer service agent responding quickly via text just a few minutes after I submitted an online request on a Sunday. This is what a lot of companies don’t have that keeps me using Proskill. I was scheduled the next day as I don’t have a true emergency so I could save on the weekend rate.The next day, Pat showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also suggested an additional part to be added that will control the power coming in to the unit and would hopefully prolong the life of the AC. I know this was not an upsell as I was informed about this a few years ago during a routine checkup that I didn’t avail at the time. This was their quality check up 30 days after the new AC install to make sure everything was working correctly. I sort of expected a relatively quick check up visit, instead what I got was a very thorough 2.5 hour visit from 2 people checking on every part of the install and the operation of both units. We knew that the 10 yr old hot water heater (guaranteed to last for 10 yrs) was going to need a replacement and had quite suddenly stopped working.Proskill sent Steven, who was at our home in less than 1 hour. He made the diagnosis that we needed a new system, discussed the options and costs. We agreed it was time to get a new, upgraded system. He drained and removed the old tank and replaced it with an on-demand tankless hot water heater. I was very impressed with Tim. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the recirculation pump on our water heater. We had feared we'd need a new pump, which can be quite expensive, but Tom bled air out of our system and the problem was solved. We surprised him with a request to replace 2 sediment filters, which we had not scheduled, but he did that job quickly and within the cost for the initial service charge. We HIGHLY recommend this company, and plan on using their electrical services soon as well.

Our water heater went out last night. Ryan arrived, got us a quote, and installed our new water heater within a few hours! We had gone to a few big box retailers who gave us 3rd party folks to install who would call us. We were looking at an Easter weekend without hot water! Proskill took care of us and left the garage neater than when they arrived. Ryan was GREAT.

While the service didn't turn out as I hoped, it's no fault of ProSkill. The A/C is close to 20 years old and it has a coolant leak. It wouldn't be cost effective to repair, if it can even be repaired.

Pro Skill sent two technicians to service my AC on June 1st , Techs Mike and Nick. Both Techs were extremely professional and polite. They answered all my questions thoroughly and looked up a passed service which I had questions about. I felt they were honest with me and presented an honest diagnostic, they did not attempt to up-sell me on any parts. I haven't used Pro-Skill for over a year but after this experience I will give it another shot. When making future service request will be asking specifically for Mike or Nick as my Technician.

Sam is a delight to work with. He came out to do an all points inspection of our plumbing system. He’s professional yet warm, friendly and fun. Went about doing his job, then came back and gave us his report. Discovered a tiny leak in one of the bathroom faucets and told us we need a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet. The system I bought was the trane anything goes wrong with it the computer on the thermostat will send a code to pro-skill so they can resolve the issue quickly. Their cell phone text messaging system throughout the process is also awesome. They also take pictures of the entire process and e-mail you photo's of their work. My parents and brother in-law used this company and recommended it to me. I highly recommend them.

We had ProSkill out to fix a hose bib leak, and while I thought the repair was initially pricey, they stood by their work! When it came time to finally (after 4 years) have a proper AC maintenance service done, there is no other company we would call but ProSkill. Why? Everything they've done (fixed a leaking faucet, expertly installed a new water heater, carefully flushing said water heater) has gone easily and very well, with the work holding up perfectly. They put the service into customer service.This time, we were lucky enough to get Karl Palmer, who turned out to be Mr. HVAC Extraordinaire. Some guys called in sick that day as well, so Karl volunteered to pick up all of those appts. On a Saturday. Wow.From the moment he stepped out of his truck, he was friendly, personable, and professional. He went right to work (booties and mask on for the in-house part), starting with checking the AC filter, the vent temps, and then climbing up into the attic to test the air handler, drainage, etc., documenting everything with pics. He even took the time to cut in a special pipe to pour in the drainage pan test water, (which told me that the last company here never even tested the drainage, though they said they did).Then it was on to inspecting, testing and cleaning the capacitor (outside unit). Karl is very systematic and logical about the protocols followed for doing the job right. You know everything is actually being checked. There is nothing sloppy or haphazard about his methods. The guy definitely knows his stuff and takes pride in his profession, including kindly educating customers (I tend to ask a lot of questions, which he patiently answered).Everything was done in a little under 2 hours, and the system passed with flying colors. No one in AZ can afford to have their AC die, so it's important to have that peace of mind that it will be there for you. We just replaced our air conditioning/heating system in a house built in 2005. First, ProSkill saw problems with the ducting that the other bidder did not. Second, they arrived on time, did the install, and left nor a sign of their ever having been in our home. Third, the new system is great! It's much higher quality than the one the builder installed. Fourth, ProSkill came out today and adjusted the airflow in the new system to better distribute the flow of air in our home. You get what you pay for, and while ProSkill is competitive on pricing, they deliver value for money spent.

Aaron Adkins from plumbing had excellent knowledge and skill, he was professional, polite AND punctual. Therefore, he was outstanding to work with. As we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel when the drain became problematic, we hired ProSkill to find out what had gone wrong. He came in on Tuesday and put a camera into the drain. This review is from todays routine maintenance but for some reason added to my original review of the installation of new system..I still give high praise to the company and their staff.. The service tech was friendly, patient and answered all questions..From the initial phone call to the estimate to the installation of our heat pump everyone was professional, thorough and prompt. Michael's evaluation and estimate was so thorough he found a filter we were not aware of. In the five years living in this house we had service calls and multiple repairs/issues yet no one ever mentioned that filter. We also had 2 other estimates for this new unit and no one mentioned it or the fact that our circuit breaker box was good (upgraded 3 1/2 years ago) but the guage of wire from it to the new 3.5 ton heat pump was small and needed to be replaced. (All 3 estimates were on the same heat pump, not something comparable.Day of installation Louis, Drew and Michael all arrived when we were told they would, Michael and Drew mostly focused on removal and installation of heat pump while Louis focused on the wiring and getting it to the heat pump from the breaker box. He was like an artist in his workmanship and installing it to our newly stuccoed home. We so appreciate the care he took. When the crane arrived it was all hands on deck, very efficient and quite impressive.They were all approachable and answered questions when asked and afterward Drew and Louis reviewed things and went over the new thermostat. This company is outstanding. Thank you Garrett, Michael, Drew and Louis for such a FANTASTIC job and such attention to detail. We could not be more pleased.

Steven completed the water softener install quickly and made adjustments to the plumbing to make the install look like it had been there since the house was built. Steven was professional, had great knowledge of the different systems and completed a great install.

Arranged for ProSkill to provide annual service on my Reverse Osmosis drinking water system. It had not been serviced since installation, so was overdue. RO membrane was checked and found to be within specs. Craig confirmed the filter cartridges did need replacement which he promptly did. He also checked and drained small amt of water from my Hot Water heater which is recommended annually. Also had him check a toilet where the handle appeared to be sticking in the down position - he quickly showed me the cause - the rod inside the tank that controls the valve was being blocked by a tube coming from the valve complex. He moved the rod further out so that it was not obstructed by the tube. It now works as expected. Overall, very happy with Craig and his service. He also gave me a recommendation on flushing the water system if the home water system is shut off and later re-started. Definitely an outstanding company with great employees and reliable service. Five Stars overall….!

Cody is very professional and did a thorough inspection of our newly installed heating & cooling units. I like the fact that Pro Skill wants to make sure everything is working the way it is supposed to. He answered my questions on the type of filter to use.

Very courteous and knowledgeable. I had them come out to fix a shower handle spigot that needed a new cartridge so he turned off the water valves to the house. All was fine except the guy also turned off the waterline to my sprinkler system and never turned it back on when he left.I started noticing my landscaping plants were wilting and the soil was bone dry. We spent several thousand dollars on landscaping plants. Luckily I caught his mistake in time; I’d be angry if he killed off my plants. Just a heads up, and double check their work after they leave.

Proskill, from my experience runs just a little higher than the competition I had bid. However, I'll say that my experience with Proskill has always been top shelf. It's the quality people that come do the work, and are always polite, professional, and courteous - and Clean! I've had my A/C Serviced two years ago, and now had to replace my Water Heater. Our Service Tech, Sam, was as good as they get. He was patient in hearing our questions, made sure we fully understood the work he was to do, and gave us updates throughout the repair. So after the Heater was removed, I wanted to clean the area back behind it, but before I could, Sam had it already had it cleaned and ready to install the new one. He really puts himself in the mindset of the customer and made sure the install was clean and made the area nicer than when he found it. What a great service provider. He explained we could use some more insulation in the attic. We told him we would take that into consideration.

Evan is a great technician, on time, professional, friendly. Our RO system was over 10 years old and Evan explained that it was due for a replacement. He explained the insurance reasons of replacing the unit and the total cost minus our prepaid maintenance.He also checked the water softener and flushed out the hot water tank.He was even great with the dogs.

So much, that that the loud hammer noise when flushing the toilet sent my dog hiding for a half-hour and I was not too far behind him! At first it was just the hot water that came sputtering out of the faucets and shower heads, then 2 days later it was both hot and cold water, most noticeably the toilets! Tyson put my mind at ease by assuring me the air in the pipes will be resolved within an hour or two. ProSkill approved to have Tyson replace my 18-day old 40-gal hot water tank for a new 50-gal tank, stating the excess water pressure in the pipes was probably due to a defective anode rod.Following the installation of a new tank, Tyson went through each room that had plumbing to make sure everything was functioning properly. He even pulled out my washing machine to double check that that the water lines did not loosen due to the air in the lines.It has been a day and half and everything is back to normal.I continue to highly recommend ProSkill, particularly for residents and business in Anthem. Aaron came to detect the source of a sewer odor that had been present for a number of months in our powder room. Using a smoke bomb injected into our sewer system, he was quickly able to pinpoint the cause of the odor - a cracked T-joint pipe in the wall behind the bathroom vanity. With minimal drywall removal, he was able to fix the broken pipe and fully resolve the problem. Very experienced, skilled, and efficient.

I am very familiar with ProSkill having purchased an entire new air conditioning and heating system from them last year. This time around, it was a failed Water Heater. I might add, I was surprised with the water heater failure (not from ProSkill) having purchased it just a few years earlier. As is always the case with ProSkill, the experience was professional, efficient, and overall more than satisfactory (in fact, it is always superior). The dispatcher got all the necessary information from me, so they were well prepared to meet my needs in advance. The dispatcher advised she would check on technician availability. In a few moments, she asked if it was OK to come out today - absolutely. The usual text messages followed with confirmation of the call and who would be coming along with the technician's picture. The technician, Kane, had a flat tire on the way. Not only did the dispatcher call me to ensure I knew Kane was coming, she provided me with the poor guys status. Flat tire and all, Kane still arrived well within the designated timeframe and with a large smile on his face. He went over my needs and other items associated with the water heater. He personally checked on the water heaters warranty status, even though someone else installed it. It still had warranty time remaining and he adjusted the estimate to reflect the remaining time on the failed unit. He took time to explain tankless water heaters and the benefits relative to the system I had as well as the differences in cost and life. I might have gone tankless but with warranty remaining and the odds of not having bad luck twice, I stayed with the standard water heater. That said, one trait I love about ProSkill is they always have pictures on their computers to show you what the choices look like or what the optional choices are like. Kane showed me exactly what a tankless water heater would look like in my garage. Kane got the newer water heater in place so quickly, I almost missed most of the action. This time, I did go with a pan under the water heater which is something I deeply regret not doing previously. Kane even hooked a drain pipe to it so it avoids the less than stealer leveling job on my garage floor, so water in the future is going to drain away from being a bigger issue than it should be. Moreover, my initial water heater installation had a recycling pump that never satisfied me, much less the fact it was broken years ago and I did not bother with it. I got a new pump that has a separate timer (good idea, one item does not affect the other with failure). The timer is now at a reasonable eye level and not hidden behind the water softener the way it was originally with my house purchase. Plus, Kane created a new copper line system so the pump itself is very accessible and connects to the front of the water heater. Watching him work on the piping was a pleasure to watch a true professional. In fact, Kane took a picture of the entire job, when it was done. It made me feel that it was a good job and hopefully, my picture helps with another person's decision in the future. If there was a higher rating than two thumbs up or five stars this experience deserves. I did not even have to suffer with cold water everything was done the same day. Technician Kane and dispatcher Erin made my life easier and confirmed what I already know about ProSkill, a professional organization with quality people top to bottom.We continue to use ProSkills and are very satisfied with their organization and personnel. This trip was for inspection and maintenance of A/C system. They did a great job and took pictures of their work as they completed it and to share afterward. We signed up for regular maintenance inspections now that the system is a few years old.

ProSkill has a great team of professinals from start to finish. I had a service call today for my annual heating system maintenance and their service standards go above and beyond. They do a thorough check of all equipment and then test the system(s). They are normally here 11/2 to 2 hrs not a 20-30 min appt like most competitors. They go over their results & then send you pictures with comments of the actual inspection including detailed description of their findings noting any work needed and/or noting the condition of the units. Always very personal and professional.

Proskill Services did an exceptional job installing two new Trane 16 sear HVAC Air Conditioners and matching two new twinned Trane furnaces at our home. In addition Proskill did an outstanding job removing our old water heater/ boiler and installing a new Navien tankless water heater. Tim Timmons was the lead plumber from Proskill who did the installation of the Navien tankless water heater. Tim Timmons offered excellent customer service and was masterful in reworking the water recirculation and special venting of the tankless water heater. Mike Cornwall the plumbing supervisor personally came to ensure that an excellent job was done. David Brown was the supervisor of the installation of the new Trane furnaces and HVAC air conditioners and was very innovative reworking the twinning of the two systems and reworking of the ductwork. David Brown is an exceptional HVAC expert and very exacting in his technical skills. David Brown did a phenomenal job and we are very appreciative. Nathan Laidlaw was a lead Technician on this installation of the furnaces. Nathan was an extremely hard working and dedicated technician and went over and above in his efforts to do an outstanding job on a very challenging installation where old ductwork in a confined enclosed space needed reworking and replacement in order for the new furnaces to fit in the small furnace room. An exceptional, neat, clean and very professional installation. All of the plumbing and HVAC technicians and supervisors were extremely personable and likable and delivered excellent customer service and were so very considerate of our needs. Scheduled a plumbing service the Proskill website yesterday and surprisingly got next day service. A customer service person called to confirm immediately after I scheduled. Was having issue with low hot water pressure. Called and was given a quote on Service Call. Came in two hours after I called. Came down to that one of our hoses was clogged and pinched. We called Proskill after a different company was called out by our Home Warranty company. The first company was here almost 2 hours snaking our system. After hearing them use unprofessional language during a good part of their work, they recommended $700 of additional work, suggesting our system needed to be jetted. Something didn't sit right. Service call was to check the main water valve and reason no water to washing machine that was delivered and installed on 6/26/2022. Dale Everett explained thoroughly regarding the main valve which turned out to be fine but found that when washer installed, the valves to the washer connection were not turned back on therefore no water to wash machine. I will definitely use ProSkill again.

Kane from ProSkill did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done. I had looked at different places and felt that the estimate he gave was more than fair. His knowledge and quickness of putting in the new water heater was great for a family that needed it done quickly.

Dale was absolutely amazing! We have always had great experiences with ProSkill and Dale continues to raise the bar. Pricing is fair and the membership is the way to go. They have rewired our house, installed new toilets, changed valves under the sink, installed lights, and serviced our HVAC. Joe came out to estimate and was thorough in explaining options, answering questions, taking measurements, photos, etc. This morning just a little past 7 AM, the team pulled up with at least 3 vans and 2 trailers. Dave, Hunter, Ryan, Kyle, Derrell, & Alex arrived and were professional and courteous in demeanor, workmanship and appearance. They were a synchronized team, each knowing their part and getting right to it. They protected surfaces, and cleaned up after themselves. New vents were cut in 5 places and I expected to see chips or other evidence of the work and there was none. I truly am impressed with their service. It has been a long time since a company had “wowed” me with superior service. And to top it off, they came in substantially lower in price than 2 other local companies.

We had requested RO service. Tim arrived on time and was wonderful. Tim explained everything and performed all of the service that we needed. In addition, he modified the plumbing to reduce some noise level, serviced our hot water heater and water softener, and he changed our air filters and several light bulbs. Our air conditioner went out during a record high 115. we could not get call back from our home warranty company, and moved to a hotel with our pets 2 days in and no help from warranty company. Joseph Munoz from Pro skills Came out and gave us a quote a month before the unit went out. We called him and the next day he had Aiden Gaeb come out to take a look at the old unit. They had it up and running with a temporary fix unit the new unit could be ordered and installed. About 2 weeks later Dave and Nate came in and replaced the entire air/ heating unit inside and out. They were professional, Informative my husband and I like that they used booties on there feet , gloves and mask. Explained the process, answered any questions we had. cleaned up after the job was done. Evan helped set up phone app and programed settings on the Thermostat. They helped us get a great price and let us know about rebates we qualified for to help lower the cost. We will be giving out high recommendations to Friends and family!

ProSkill sent technicians out on a Saturday to replace our hot water heater at no extra charge because it was an emergency. We received notification of their route so we knew when they would arrive - which was early in their appointment window. I think ProSkill is a good company and they have good people. My problem is that one technician may start a job and for whatever reason can't finish and a different technician shows up to finish the job. They could do a better handoff in these cases. The front office doesn't have a clue unfortunately.

I had to sever ties with another company, who performed our heat/cool services for a number of years. This was our first service with ProSkill. I am thoroughly impressed and more than satisfied with the technician, Greg. He was on time, fully masked, and extremely courteous. Used booties. when in house. I recently installed a secondary water heater for my laundry room. I was able to complete everything except the wiring. Upon request of service for the electrical hook up to a main power source they were very flexible with scheduling and update of time of arrival. The installation was exactly what I was expecting and then some. Very reasonable pricing and am completely satisficed with the finished product.

We contacted ProSkill to have a technician come out to check out a terrible leak we had, at a water faucet in our front yard. Julio is an excellent repairman in every way! Years ago I owned and rented 48 units under air, so believe me when I say I have seen a lot of repairmen. I always watched every repairman, as I also watched Julio check everything, yes everything, and work methodically to get my unit working again. He also did things I have never seen done before. He swept dust out of some areas of my unit! He also corrected work that a previous repairman(?) had done! Now I know why ProSkill is rated so highly. They have well-trained service men who excel at their work.

Because the units were not in stock (a current supply chain issue), they had technicians come out to put in measures to keep us cool until our unit arrived. They were courteous and professional. They also take photos every step of the way, which is awesome because they can explain and show you exactly what was done. They also do a great job of cleaning up after the job. I called ProSkill at about 3:00 PM on Wednesday, because my heating system suddenly stopped working. By 4:00 PM, on Wednesday, “Hunter” from ProSkill was at my home. He figured out what the issue was before I was finished describing the problem. After verifying the problem, Hunter presented me with options, and let me determine that it did not make sense to repair a system that old. I chose to replace the system, and Hunter put a temporary fix in place, which will keep my system working until such time that ProSkill replaces my system. Thanks ProSkill team, for your quick service, honesty, and professionalism.

These guys came out to install a filter on my kitchen RO system. We HAVE to use them because apparently they are the only ones who can provide the replacement filters for the system they installed. The price went up to $150 for the filter change this year, from $100 last time we had them out. When we asked the plumber to install a whole house sediment filter in the garage. (literally had the filter sitting there and just needed to be unscrewed, replaced and rescrewed, 2 minutes of time) The guy said the minimum the company charges for any job was $85. We said no thanks. Guess what our next move is? To replace the RO with a unit we can service, and to NEVER call Pro Skill again. I am a business owner and you wouldn't believe the amount of stuff we give away free just for appreciation - to people that haven't even bought yet. This business model will bankrupt these greedy people. Good Riddance.

Aaron saved me 10K by giving me a second opinion on my cast iron kitchen sink drain pipe. A roto rooter company scoped the pipes with their camera. I was that the pipes were collapsing and needed to re-piped. My kitchen would have to be jackhammered and it would have been 3 days to replace the pipe. Aaron second opinion cost $248 in camera work but saved me the nightmare of being scammed by the roto rooter company. I am grateful to Proskill for sending outAaron for a second opinion. I called ProSkill and they put me in the schedule same day. Kane was able to arrive about an hour early. He diagnosed that my water softener was no longer working at all. PROSKILL is a very professional company as they installed my new HVAC System today. Upon arrival they put drop cloths everywhere they had to walk as wells plastic curtains to keep any dust or dirt from entering your home. They showed up exactly on time and the installation was completed earlier than expected, they test both the Heat and cooling to assure everything was ready to turn over to client, they clean and vacuum everything and touch-up any painting where needed. Proskill uses a third party front end customer service. It's frustrating and difficult to talk directly with actual technicians and managers. I feel too much duplication. The customer service staff is friendly and responsive but they're just an intake function. Return phones calls need work. Services were expensive for approximately 2 hours of repair time. They are professional and did communicate effectively once the work got started.

Tim assessed the job and helped us find parts. However, an initially straightforward job of replacing shower valve handles became quite complicated. Due to the age of the shower, the parts we had initially bought were not compatible and finding compatible parts was quite difficult. Tim stayed with the project, found parts that would work and even paid for a portion of them to compensate for the investment we had made in the initial parts. Because of the difficulty with parts, the whole project took longer than anticipated. As a result ProSkill gave us a discount on the job. Tim arrived with mask and shoe covers; he was courteous and cleaned up after the job; he was tenacious in finding the parts and stayed in touch with us. We were completely pleased with the job and the service. Would definately use ProSkill again.

The entire process went great. I received a response right away after my initial contact. I was able to get a an appointment the very next day which was exactly when I wanted it. The day of the appointment, the plumber contacted me shortly before his arrival. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. We have used ProSkill since 2018 having them service our HVAC system in the Spring and Fall. The service technicians were always competent and professional. Their service was timely, and we appreciated the upgrade suggestions which we had them install. On Friday, June 18, 2021, there was an air conditioning failure that we called to have serviced (it was previously serviced on May 7, 2021). Their response was a casual we can schedule you on Tuesday, June 22. We called a competitor with an excellent reputation, who we had no relationship, and they were willing to service our unit within a couple of hours. Good bye ProSkill!

Decio was timely, professional, respectful and communicated well. He determined the cause of our water flow issue (water softener) and was able to schedule a rapid replacement. He also restored water flow to two sinks and replaced faucet assemblies. This was our first experience will ProSkill. They will be our “go to” from here on. We are completely impressed and satisfied.

My wife and I have used ProSkill for a number of years for our plumbing needs, and have always been impressed with their service. We have used a different company for our AC, and have been much less impressed; we continued to use them, however, because we have a contract with them. Recently, our downstairs AC unit started performing poorly. It still worked, but couldn't handle the summer heat. This happened quickly; the unit handled a similar heat wave a few weeks earlier. We know that the unit is getting close to the end of it's life, but hoped that we could keep it going for a while still. Our regular AC guy came out twice. The first time, he told us it was because the filters were dirty. When we replaced these and the problem continued, he came out again and diagnosed the problem as the AC being old, and that it would need to be replaced. Based on the history of its performance, the speed at which this happened, and the fact that the unit still worked, this made no sense to us. When we reached out to the company, they basically repeated what the technician said, and gave us a $9,200 quote for a new unit. We called ProSkill for a second opinion. Within 2 hours (!), a very nice young man, Leonardo, came out. He listened to my history carefully, agreed that the other company's conclusion made no sense, and examined the system. It turns out that there was condensation in the duct work that was causing a trip switch to turn off, which resulted in the AC coming on, but shutting off too quickly to effectively cool the area. He blew out the duct-work, and the system returned to full function. The cost? $186.20 vs. $9,200. Despite having contracts with this other company for both our home and our business, we will never use them again. ProSkill has our business going forward. Excellent experience. Our AC unit stopped working. We had a great deal of difficulty getting the company who installed the unit to come out in a timely fashion, asking us to wait a week before they could schedule a service visit. The AC in question had already had a compressor replaced 3 years ago on a 4 year old unit which had stopped working as a result of poor installation and a complete loss of all refrigerant (by their own admission). I called ProSkill on the recommendation of several neighbors and found them far more accommodating and understanding. An appointment was set up with ProSkill for yesterday. In the meantime the original company called back and asked if they could come sooner (Monday). I agreed because I wanted to get their opinion as well as the input from ProSkill. They told me we lost more refrigerant and that once again we needed a new compressor (the labor cost no longer covered under warranty, which would mean 2 compressors in 4 years)! They fixed the small leak and wanted me to order a new compressor with no idea of the possible wait time.Aiden from ProSkill came yesterday (right on time). He was excellent. He was very thorough in his evaluation and communicated wonderfully. He found the problem to be a faulty capacitor and once that was replaced and more refrigerant added, the unit started right up and began cooling perfectly. No problem with the compressor. If it weren’t for Aiden, I would have ordered a new compressor, had it installed and had it fail due to a failing compactor that had never been discovered. Thanks so much to Aiden’s thoroughness and knowledge. I will be so happy to work with ProSkill for future service. I'm a huge fan of ProSkill. They are very professional, never push me to buy services or hardware, and do the job right every time.My main kitchen/laundry drain line was clogged, and the technician cleared the clog (had to snake the main line to the street), thoroughly tested that it wouldn't back up again, and cleaned up after himself. He also recommended some ways to prevent it from happening again.

The ProSkill technician assigned performed a cooling system check on our HVAC system. He took pictures of everything and explained the details of what he found during the check and the work he performed. He cleaned the coil and the condensate drain. The work was thorough as was his explanation. He made one recommendation to prevent future water leaks due to plugged condensation drain events. I am very satisfied with the results of the preventive maintenance inspection.

Needed a hose bib installed on side of house, and new shut off valves for our washing machine. Technician showed up, gave a very reasonable quote, and performed the service immediately. All in the same day, in a matter of an hour or so. Amazing service. The technician actually called to see if it was o.k. to show up earlier than scheduled. We said yes, and, as it turned out, he completed the jobs before he was originally scheduled to arrive!! He also did not mind me watching and learning, which I appreciate. As a follow-up to my review below, I am very pleased that Proskill took significant steps to change a bad customer experience into a satisfied customer. After posting the original review, I was called by Proskill management whereby they apologized for the poor workmanship and to determine if there was a way to move forward together. There were several issues that still needed to be addressed and I agreed to have their lead plumbing technician, Mike, come out to address these issues. Mike was “professionalism” at its best and between him and Proskill management, resolved the outstanding issues to my satisfaction - in a ‘nutshell’, turning lemons into lemonade! It is clear that Proskill not only addresses home repair issues, but also puts a vast amount of emphasis on total customer satisfaction. Thank you for making it right!I recently contacted Proskill to replace a leaky kitchen faucet with a new one I had bought. The young man was punctual in the appointment and found that I also needed to replace the two shut-off valves below the sink as their gaskets had become dried up and brittle. After a couple of hours, the job was finished and I paid the invoice for this replacement. Proskill had to return in less than a week as the plumber did not sufficiently tighten the faucet to the counter top. Fast forward about a month, and suddenly, my hot water started to flow very slowly. I called Proskill to come back and troubleshoot what possibly could be the problem. They sent out another young man with little experience and he worked on trying to determine the problem for about 1.5 hrs, continually calling back to someone at Proskill to get advice. Finally, he determined that the install was fine. nothing wrong with the feed lines, but there must be a problem with the faucet, so he charged me a trip charge. I was able to get a warranty replacement for the faucet and was going to have Proskill reinstall the new faucet, when I first contacted a 3rd party plumber to take a look at the lines. Within 15 minutes, he was able to determine that the feed lines were clogged with residue from the brittle gaskets of the old shut-off valves and that the lines were not ‘back flushed’ (this is after the Proskill plumber said he could not do it). The 3rd party plumber had fixed the problem with the faucet in under 20 minutes (and I did not need to get a new warranty replacement faucet). To be fair, Proskill did refund me the installation and trip charges.

Craig came to our house to look at our water heater which was making popping sounds. Drained the water heater and tried to fix the anode. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he could not replace the anode for fear of stripping the the threads of the connection. I was happy and appreciative of his decision. Service quality was very good.

Tyson arrived early and did great work quickly, replacing an outdoor faucet head, and also replacing two shower handle cartridges indoors. After more than 20 years, the shower fixtures were pretty bound up with hard water deposits, but Tyson was still able to change out the cartridges in a short amount of time. Chase has been our HVAC technician on two separate occasions at two different homes. He is a champ! He worked hard, in our excruciatingly hot attic, to install a new blower motor to get our air conditioner running. ProSkill is our go-to company. We had them out to repair our heat pump (AC.) It started blowing warm humid air on a Friday afternoon when it was 111 out. They were able to schedule us for the next morning between 8 and 10 am. (They could have done an after hours call that evening for a reasonable surcharge. We opted to deal with one uncomfortable night to save the money, but it was nice to have the option.) I received a text at 7:48 a.m. to notify me the technician was on his way and would be there in about 28 minutes. It had a tracking link so I could map his travels toward us in real time. Hunter arrived and went up on the roof to inspect, found our capacitor was blown, and replaced it after approval. We had cold air! Then he completed a full inspection, presented his findings, and we opted to have him fix some badly corroded terminals and exposed thermostat wiring. He finished up around 10 after answering some questions for me about our system. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional. He showed me before and after pictures of his work, and then emailed a full report with even more pictures. He took pandemic precautions, which we sincerely appreciated. And Erin, who took my call to schedule was great, too. Very happy start to finish, and I am admittedly hard to please! I thanked my friend for her recommendation. Will use again!

They responded same day, figured out how to get my ac working that night as a temp fix and while locating parts - then returned the next day to finish. Professional, courteous and responsive. Proskill installed 2 new Trane air conditioning/furnace combinations 6 weeks ago. Our older units were 20 years old and we had no problems with these Trane units until one died this summer. After investigating several HVAC companies, I chose Proskill for several reasons: 1) an acquaintance used them for the same job and highly recommended them2) I knew that installation was most important in A/C systems3) They were competitive in pricing4) They used American made products across their line of services5)I wanted to use a Trane product6) As part of their service, they repaired the A/C unit that died and set up an appointment to install the new units 2-3 weeks later. Highly recommend Louis Gray from Proskill lour estimated time was around 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. for our emergency no air conditioning unit not working in the hot Arizona desert. Not only did Louis show up early , he was very profession and handled our issues with the best of care and we could not be more happier. Louis was able to fix the issue with out replacing our entire unit and we have quite possibly one of the oldest A/C unit in our small town of Anthem.
