I had a roof that was damaged by a big storm and needed to get it fixed. A family friend recommended them so I gave the number a call. Ryan came to look at the roof and said it had to be replaced. He walked me through the whole process and helped talk to the insurance company to make sure they were aware the roof had to be replaced because it couldn’t be repaired. Ryan was friendly and very communicative during the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to any family or friends who need repairs done on their roof.

Ryan with best choice roofing came out to my home after a storm and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. He helped me through the whole process and put on my roof in a day. The insurance covered the whole roof and I only paid my deductible. Im very satisfied with the roof and my neighbors even commented on how good it looked. 100 percent recommend.

Ryan was awesome. He stopped by after seeing some roof damage after a bad storm. Explained how we’re dealing with insurance and other companies as a tree actually fell in our house but we needed structural work done first before new roofing tiles. He offered to look at the damage, after one general contractor couldn’t do the work he got ahold another contractor who agreed to work it. All this work before I even offered to go through him. Come to find out we already had it set up with insurance through another company and engineer but Ryan was super helpful. A lot of roofing companies just gave a quote and said fix the damage and we’ll repair the tiles, Ryan actually took the time to try and resolve both problems. If we didn’t have everything set up already would’ve gone through his company for sure. Definitely will use them in the future come the need to! If the quality is as good as the customer service then can’t imagine using anyone else

I've never worked for a better company and moved across country with this job. I love nothing more than seeing my clients happy to get a new roof for them and their families and only have to pay their insurance deductible. I'm all about helping people and this company make this the most important part of the job. Couldn't be happier here!

Best Choice was wonderful to work with! After that big storm we had a couple weeks back, I got approached by one of the employees, who took a look at it and promptly started rattling off a bunch of stuff I had no idea what it was, but it was wrong with my roof! Best Choice Roofing has an amazing team who made the process very easy! They came out for a free roof inspection and proceeded to get my roof paid for by the insurance company. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

Oscar knocked on my door and offered a free roof inspection, I was skeptical at first but it really was free! He let me know I had little to no damage and had nothing to worry about for the time being. I appreciated honesty, and because of that, I’m sure to call back when the next big storm comes through for another free inspection!

Worst experience, I have ever had with a company! I signed my contract and gave my deposit back in December 2022, it is now March 2023 the materials have been sitting in front of my house for a month and I still don’t have a date as to when my repairs will be started! Dakota was my sales rep and after I signed my contract he just disappeared and I couldn’t get ahold of him. I was finally fed up with the lack of communication, so I reached out to get my deposit back. I was then in contact with Jason who is just as bad as Dakota the lack of communication is unreal! I have told them multiple times that this repair was emergent due to the leaking in my kitchen ceiling every time it rains, but no one seems to care about that! Highly recommend you find a different company to work with if you want to be able to get ahold of them and get updates or your project completed in a timely manner because you won’t get it with this company!

The BCR staff are truly magnificent. When I was booking the appointment for roof inspection, I found that Samantha Munoz was efficient, friendly and kind.
She came and very swiftly analysed the problems and outlined the solutions.

These guys were nothing short of awesome. My project ended up getting delayed due to some unforeseen issues and I was notified immediately of the delay and the updated schedule. they ended up getting me in sooner than expected and getting the roof done quickly and professionally. they even fixed some rotted facia on the front and back and did not overcharge for that. highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any needs.

Very good place to work if you like being on your own as a contractor. Driving all over Phoenix, AZ doing free Roof Inspections for customers that will allow you to get on there roof's an check for storm damage.

As the name for the company says it I couldn't make a BEST CHOICE for my roof, it's not only the work they do but also their customer service, their punctuality, attitude and work is irreplaceable , i am glad i was recomended for their services by a friend.

We had such a good experience with these guys today. We got a free inspection, they overturned our insurance denial, only paid the deductible and ended up with a beautiful roof. Highly recommend!!
